Lee is 38 years old and holds a UEFA 'A' Coaching Licence and Canadian National B Licence he is a vastly experienced coach. 2019 see's the 23rd year that Lee is on the field coaching and educating players and parents. Lee has worked with players from his time in Canada that have represented Canada National teams and that are applying their trade in Europe at Premier League Academies and European Academies.

Lee as a coach has worked at various professional clubs throughout the UK including Manchester United FC where he worked on their International Soccer Schools program. Lee has coached youth football at Wigan Athletic FC, Blackburn Rovers FC, and Blackpool FC in their Academies/Center of Excellences.
