LM Premier Refund Policy


LM Premier commits to facility, equipment, kit, player registration, staffing and additional program & business costs prior to any program taking place and our costings that are outlaid are non-refundable.

LM Premier will provide full refunds for programs that are cancelled by LMP. 

Any family committing to any LM program or camp for the set time ( example grassroots 9 week program or 1 week camp) is signing up for that time frame only and no missed sessions can be carried over to additional blocks or camps. LM always looks to conduct a session or 2 at the end of certain seasons to have players attend at no cost shown in good faith to families for their support.


Deposits & Payments paid for any LM Premier Coaching program can be recoverable up to 7 days after the initial payment dated. A $50 Admin fee and any player registration will be deducted from your refund.

Any refund requests made after the initial 7 days of any LM Premier Program payment deadline will be non-refundable. We will always look to provide credits for future use or work with families to provide the best solution possible.


Refund requests made at any time that are due to a documented medical condition will be reviewed and will be subject to admin, and pro-rated training or game fees.

Any refunds requests for tournaments, special events, or travel deposits/payments received are to be taken in to consideration on an individual basis when any third party organization is involved in the itinerary.


For any training/programs that are cut short or otherwise postponed due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of LM Premier’s control (venue issue/cancellation, foul weather, strike, health pandemic, etc.),


LMP will first look to extend program dates & reschedule training once possible to do so. Where rescheduling is not a possibility, LM Premier will look to issue applicable credits to all affected members/participants to ensure that the full value of their payments is received.
